Jennifer Schappert is a responsible business conduct due diligence expert with a background in government policy. Jennifer authored and negotiated OECD due diligence guidance that forms the basis of EU, UK and US legislation across multiple sectors. She provides analysis on alignment of company due diligence with forthcoming legislation and international standards and provides mediation for high-risk issues.

Libby Annat has over 20 years’ experience working on responsible business conduct issues for international business across multiple sectors. She supports business to design and implement effective responses to human rights, labour, and environmental risk within clear business frameworks. She provides intelligence and strategy to FTSE 100 boards on policy and due diligence in high-risk contexts.

EMILY BUCKNELL,
POLICY ANALYST
Emily Bucknell supports clients in understanding the landscape of responsible business conduct legislation, policy, litigation and high-risk issues and trends. She is an expert in EU legislative processes and trend analysis. Prior to joining Due Diligence Design, Emily held roles within the food and consumer goods retail industries. In her position with a global consulting firm, she supported brands and retailers in the apparel, footwear, automobile and food sectors.

Emma Jones contributes to the operational success of Due Diligence Design. She supports the Partners and firm in client onboarding, human resources and organisational management. Emma has over 20 years’ experience providing business and organisational support in a range of sectors, with roles including executive support, operational management, and human resource management.

Jasmin Hansohm supports clients on a range of responsible business conduct due diligence topics including policy and regulation, litigation, and emerging issues impacting the landscape of responsible business conduct. She has a background in international law with a focus on trade and development. She is soon to be admitted as an attorney in the State of New York, USA (license pending). Prior to joining Due Diligence Design, Jasmin worked in a litigation consultancy and in international organisations.

Gabriella has worked in human rights due diligence in the private and non-profit sectors since 2011. She has deep experience in the agriculture and manufacturing and extractives sectors and brings expertise bridging supply chain field level assessments and business strategy for human rights due diligence implementation.
